Domestic Shipping Policy

At Crisp Concept, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All of our orders are shipped from our US warehouse.

Please note that all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated, and we only ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please send us an email at and will let you know the status of your order.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Crisp Concept ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO, as well as certain international addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Crisp Concept will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
